Visited Du vin by the river at Henley on Thames– beautiful location in the centreof town. The customer service was outstanding! Staff were warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to made me feel welcome. Highly recommend !!

Had afternoon tea here with my family Saturday and it was absolutely beautiful! Easily the best afternoon tea I’ve ever had! Staff were so lovely and everything was so fresh and made on arrival. 100% recommend and we will be back!

Omg, the afternoon tea was amazing, we’ve had afternoon tea in loads of different hotels, including the ritz, the savoy and the shard but this is one of the best we’ve had. The food was top quality and the service was lovely. The hotel is having a refurbishment at the moment so we were offered our tea on the patio as it was a nice day and it was a lovely setting and quiet even though there were two weddings taking place that day. We live in Henley and I can’t believe we’ve never tried here before. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Well done hotel du vin

We stayed here for one night just over a week ago. We were warmly greeted at reception and checked in smoothly. Our room was a refurbished one and was done very nicely. There were a couple of small tweaks that would have made the room even more comfortable. We didn’t eat there but had drinks in the bar. Service was very good, professional and friendly.

Had a champagne afternoon tea with my wife. Champagne was, we presume the House champagne but was excellent. The food was amazing. The setting and ambiance was perfect. More food than we could eat, and it was immediately offered to take the rest away, which we gladly did. There was a gliche in the service initially, in that our tray went to another table. As soon as it was realised we were offered a complimentary drink as recompense, again without us asking for it. Will recommend to friends and family if they are in the area. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

The hotel is beautiful! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome and it continued throughout our stay. A special thank you to Sunny at reception! She was incredibly kind and helpful. She arranged an early check-in for us and helped us with parking (which can be a bit tight). Sunny gave us lots of great recommendations… In fact all the staff were absolutely brilliant. The rooms are gorgeous and the location is perfect! Right on the river and right in the town. The courtyard was a beautiful place to enjoy our mornings. We will be staying again!

I was over for the weekend and every turn is a cost, I opted for a non daily clean room for a voucher at the bar and was charged 1.25 because I went over this! I spent in excess of GBP 1,000 for 2 rooms over 2/3 days! Just left a nasty feeling. Why do this to clients? Why come back with that attitude
