客房服務不及時，前台接電話不及時。房間燈壞了遲遲沒來維修，打電話給前台也是打幾次無人接聽。不考慮再入住了

首先2月1號晚上九點辦理入住的時候，站在中間那個前台辦理入住的女前台服務態度非常非常冷淡，全程垮着個臉，説話也很小聲很冷淡！反正就是全程給人感覺很不好！這大過年的還要看人冷臉！萬豪系列的酒店住過很多了，第一次碰到這樣的情況，真的非常差評，其次訂的豪華大床房，但是房間很小，而且在牀頭櫃旁邊的角落裡發現了沒有打掃掉的避孕套外殼，當時就覺得非常非常糟心，第二天果斷退房換酒店！
