This time I chose the Jiangnan Tangyuan room type with a soup pool. To be honest, the hotel room type is really good! The room is large in size, with a living room, a bedroom, a cloakroom and a washroom. There are two small courtyards at the front and back of the room, and the courtyard behind the room is a soup pool. I personally recommend that the courtyard behind the room has a larger area, and you can add hangers for drying clothes. Because the wet clothes after soaking in the hot spring can be hung outside directly! In addition, I personally think that the privacy of the courtyard with the soup pool behind the room is not good enough! Because the courtyard is directly facing the street, there are many tourists coming and going. If you take a hot spring in the courtyard, people outside the courtyard can be seen everywhere. It is recommended to directly close the courtyard enclosure without leaving any gaps, so that the privacy is better! This stay was my worst experience. The main reason is that the room type of Jiangnan Tangyuan has always had a peculiar smell in the room, and the source of the peculiar smell in the room is the toilet! ! ! When I first checked in, the front desk gave me room 8051, but as soon as I entered the room, there was a strong smell of sewer pipes. Since I couldn't bear it, I decisively contacted the front desk and the customer service staff to communicate. The front desk helped me I changed the room and moved to 8031. Unfortunately, room 8031 also has a peculiar smell, but it is slightly better than room 8051. I checked many times inside and outside the room, and found that the source of the smell is the problem of the sewer pipe in the room. This should be Flaws in the design of the room, it is recommended that the hotel attaches great importance to this problem and solve it properly! After all, every tourist wants to have a good stay experience! Putting aside the problem of the smell in the room, Xiangjiang River is actually a hotel with a lot of feelings and humanistic value! The hotel's soft service is really the ultimate! Every hotel service staff will provide every tourist with high-quality service with enthusiasm and sincerity! In particular, Xia Xiaoying, a staff member of the hot spring center, not only took out her own honeysuckle tea to make tea for us after learning that we were prone to get angry when eating recently, but also specially presented her own honeysuckle as a gift before leaving.
