The shower regulator was completely useless! I could not complete my shower without the fear of getting burned! I could only stick my head under the water to rinse it and had to get out of the burning water, alternating with ice cold water! My friend had the same experience! When I complained at the front desk, they said the hotel was undergoing renovations! Shouldn't that room be held aside for paying guests, rather than them getting burns over their entire body? I can't imagine staying here with younger children who shower by themseIves! They might not be aware that the water temperature is changing erratically! I will never stay here again!

Our stay was as outstanding as the last time. From the Front Desk check-in to all the staff....awesome. I'd like to make a very special shout-out to Kathy (she works in the kitchen area). She is true gem for this hotel!

The grounds were nice outside and it was clean and there was music. The water in the room didn’t get hot, the room was small, and the breakfast was meager.

good hotel, but not so good service at the end
check-in was good Desk people were pleasant however, I requested a late check out and the clerk extended it to 12 pm and wrote it on the board behind the desk. We took a little trip that morning and came back at 11:30 am to find our room open and the cleaning staff in the room. We had wanted to freshen up in our room before leaving. The attendant offered no apologies..just told us the supervisor told her to go ahead and clean...very disappointing
