No microwave in the room. Breakfast was good but ran out of oatmeal 40 minutes early. Staff was friendly. Great location.

So close to the Drakes Creek Ball fields. Great staff. Only downsides are no onsite laundry, full size refrigerators and the a/c is on some type of motion sensor. It can get stuffy at night. The laundry mat is 1.8 miles away.

Room layout was terrible. Bathroom sink located outside the bathroom, directly in front of the beds. Impossible for anyone to sleep while one guest gets ready, and impossible for any privacy. Furniture/tables were completely nonfunctional.

Excellent room layout when traveling with kids. The suite was spacious and beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool, and I enjoyed that it was extremely clean. Towels are provided at the pool, along with nice tables and umbrellas. We will definitely stay here again.

Have always had an excellent stay in Hendersonville TN, Hyatt Place. We have used this hotel for our stays over the last 4 years and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel/location. Traveled with our Boston terrier and they have a reasonable fee and walking area for your pet.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for me. I had a king suite which was very spacious, well decorated, and very clean. Lots of places to plug things in and set your things. The staff that I interacted with was very friendly, the hotel was clean and well kept, and there was ample parking.The location for this hotel was wonderful if you needed groceries, restaurants, gas, you name it. I was traveling alone and felt very safe in the area.

We were very pleased We needed a pet friendly hotel. It was so clean and smelled so fresh and clean. Did not smell like cleaners but smelled good and would never think pets had stayed in the room. Our second time staying there. Great breakfast buffet. Will stay there again.
