Our third stay at The Feversham Arms Hotel. We were allocated a pool suite which was excellent. Apparently the hotel is up for sale, the administrators have been brought in. Hopefully the new owners will be found and after a few tweaks here and there the hotel will be five stars.

We had such a gorgeous stay here, the hotel is so picturesque and we were offered a complimentary room upgrade as it was our wedding anniversary. The room was beautiful and had a view of the pool and spa area. The spa is lovely with a gorgeous heated pool and jacuzzi. The staff around the whole hotel were so helpful and couldn't do enough for you.

We had a Spa Suite overlooking the pool. It was so comfortable, apart from the walk-in shower in the en-suite which didn’t have a door or shower curtain on it so water sprayed all over the rest of the bathroom floor. The food and the quality of the staff, however, was first class. Helmsley is a lovely place too.

We wanted to try this hotel & spa because of its location. The spa treatment’s were amazing ! Our room needed updating as the shower was blocked. The hotel staff are so friendly & helpful, however the hotel itself is in need of a re-vamp. Some of the spa areas were being repaired which was a bit disappointing as we could not use salt room. Location was fabulous. The food was excellent ! Overall a pleasant stay.

Stayed for one night , clean ,nice size room with the bonus of feather pillows which made for a great nights sleep. The only downside was a very difficult shower temperature lever which we couldn’t alter . However the reception manager came immediately and sorted it for us . It was stuck in the hottest position. We told reception on leaving and they arranged for it to be checked out , which is top service .breakfasr was of the highest quality . We did not , unfortunately , have the change for a swim , but it looked great . Would definitely recommend this hotel .

A great welcome by The Receptionist set the tone for my stay. Staff were friendly and professional. My accommodation was large - a well decorated bedroom & sitting room. The bathroom contained a walk in shower & a bath. The rooms were air conditioned & could be independently controlled. There was a good selection of teas in the room. A coffee machine & coffee pods & bottled water was complimentary. Room Service Menu - some items were available 24 hours - can recommend the open salmon sandwich. The Tasting Menu & Breakfast were good - a small buffet for cereal & yoghurt & fruit & a comprehensive a la carte menu. Food was was presented. The Spa is very relaxing - lots of sitting areas - both inside & outside. Treatments are competitively priced. I would highly recommend the hotel for a short break.
