Staff of front desk is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is standard. However, the hotel is dated and need renovation.

No bed covers & did not get good sleep

Couldn't check in as there wasn't an attendant(5pm) room was not vacuumed, front desk had to do it. Shower valves were backwards, someone is going to get scalded phone ripped from the wall, can't call front desk nor 911 if needed.
Emailed manager who apologized and said they'd refund some of our stay, which we were good with, yet, they won't refund what they said. This was a suite.....

There were a lot of mixed reviews for this property when I was looking for a place to stay in Helena. I decided to give it a try. Glad I did.
Had everything thing I needed and was reasonably priced.
It smelled good in the lobby when I checked in, literally, they had just baked cookies for the guests. Thoughtful.

This was a comfortable quiet hotel.
The staff was very nice.
It suited all of our needs.
We missed the breakfast buffet but the staff was accommodating and we were able to get toast, waffles and coffee .
The hot tub jets were not working but everything else was great.
