I reserved a smoking room. When we arrived, we were put in a non-smoking room. There was trash on the floor behind the bathroom door and under the edge of the bed (visible from across the room). The sink stopper could not be removed, so water stayed in the sink making it unusable. There was no water going to the toilet, so it couldn't be flushed. We called the front desk and were moved to another room. The door got stuck every time it was closed. It was impossible to open it with one hand. It didn't have any trash on the floor, but it had some kind of bugs in the bed (bed bugs, maybe?), and we woke up with bites on all exposed skin.

There were a large amount of insects in the room. The room wasn't very clean either. Not that a 5 start hotel was expected but there was also concerns with the towels.
All in all, it wasn't the worst experience but it definitely wasn't the best.

We paid $120 a night for the front desk staff to spray the ants outside of our room with Windex! He literally said "Windex is the best ant killer" And as expected they were back the next night. We were finding ants throughout the room. So so so gross. I won't ever stay there again!

Given wrong room number at check-in. Room was already occupied. Remedied situation quickly. Room was clean but definitely showed signs of age and wear. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offerings were coffee, juice and pre-packaged muffins and danish.

Price is affordable. Front clerk was very accommodating/kind. The surrounding area is beautiful and bed was comfy. Everything I needed after a long drive. Would definitely stay again!

Dont stay here warning.
This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at.Pool and hot tub closed asked about it was told it would be open Saturday still wasnt opened we checked out and went to another hotel said they would refund our money for saturday night they never did and wont return my phone calls.Please skip this place and pay more you will be so much happier.
