I thoroughly enjoyed the the stay at the hotel Crystal was very helpful at the front desk the rooms were clean and everybody there was very nice and courteous will come back again Will recommend to anyone to go and enjoy Helen Georgia stay at the country inn & suites by Radisson

I don’t really know where to begin. Upon checking in with my husband and my son for our family vacation we were met with no one at the front desk when she finally did show up she was very unfriendly and very unaccommodating. We checked in we went back to use the elevator, which takes 100 years because the hotel is very old and dirty. We stayed our first night with no problems. The room was dirty old and needed some updating on various things. We got a king suite which I was excited to see because this made it into two private rooms. But the door to the master bedroom was warped like someone had tried to break it down at some point and no one bothered to fix it. The pullout couch in the front room hadn’t been vacuumed in a while because there was dirt and debris all beneath it. My husband went down and asked for extra towels. He received them that documented every towel. The towels they gave us look like dish towels. We were leaving to go tubing on the river, and my husband without my knowledge had two of the towels in a bag. One of your staff followed me and my family to our car and held us hostage until we returned the towels to our room even though we said we wouldn’t use it since she said we couldn’t. So we stayed one more night because we had already paid for it. But the second night I think someone in your staff deliberately put two meth heads above us to stomp until 2 AM so we didn’t get any sleep the second night. Guests were seen at breakfast with scabs all over their arms while touching all the community food. My best advice is to spend a little bit more money and avoid this hotel at all cost. The staff is very unprofessional not friendly at all. And they will not help you. I don’t have enough energy to call corporate about this place and I really don’t care. I have various pictures of the old dilapidated place. I took thorough pictures and videos of the room upon our exit because I had heard that they retaliate sometimes for bad reviews and I didn’t wanna be charged for something we didn’t do. The clientele at this place is not where you want to take a family let me just leave it at that.

Erica at the front desk was awesome and very accommodating... She answered all our questions and made us feel welcome. Easy to walk to all shopping and town events. Room was clean and housekeeping was friendly. We will be back as the place is biker friendly...thx

The hotel is located at almost the center of all the attractions. Easy parking, the hotel staff was absolutely awesome!! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Very disappointed, don't waste your money! Ok, first of all at checkin Dora was very nice. She told us that the elevator had not been working but was working now. Well, later on that day it stopped working again. It never worked again until we checked out. We were on the 3rd floor. Also, the heated pool was not heated. I asked and they told me that the heater had been repaired but now they had to wait on someone to turn on the propane which didn't happen during our stay. We had a suite with a separate bedroom with a pull out sofa and the sofa had a huge stain on it. The rest of the room was clean and we had plenty of towels. The bathroom is really small, not really even enough room to get dress in the bathroom. I would not stay there again. They really need to work on things. I even committed on how nice Dora was at check-in but when I checked out, I told her that if I would have known the elevator wasn't going to work I would have never checked in and she said I told everyone but no she didn't tell us there was a chance it would stop working. We had to walk up all those stairs.

Pleasant stay. The hotel needs additional elevators, room has been redone. Everything was clean. Sloppy remodel but still updated. Bed quality not ideal. Pillow quality could have been better by not the worst. Price point good. Would stay again
