酒店環境臟亂差，沒有電梯，老闆態度極其惡劣 不能退換房間。越南人過來做生意的很多，對河口整體的影響都很差。

老闆服務態度挺好的，價格上也很有性價比，就在口岸和越南城附近，住在這裏挺方便的。如果是想省錢又住的不錯的話，可以選這家店。總的來説還挺滿意。

老闆人挺好的，在預訂需要變更時候主動聯繫，積極響應。另外畢竟是在口岸城市，不能拿大城市的標準要求小酒店做到類似。

The hotel has no lift, we have to carry our bag all the way to 6th floor. But the host is very friendly and kind, the hotel is very near to border control

The room and bathroom are quite large.
The WiFi works well. The remote control does not seem to be the one intended for the television.
There is a kettle and we are provided with bottles of water. There is also a water bottle in the hallway.
My room was cleaned quickly because there were traces left at the exit of the bathroom.
You have to be athletic because my room is on the 6th floor without an elevator.
It is difficult to talk to the staff who only speak Chinese even with the translation tools.
But for the price it is really very good.
