I stayed in hundreds of hotels, but this was the first time I encountered a situation where there was no room after the reservation was successful. (Understandable) But after checking in at an unknown hotel that had not yet settled on the platform, there were only two cups in the triple room, two toothbrushes, two bags of shower gel, one bag of shampoo, and two towels in the triple room, and no hair dryer! No paper either! When I asked at the front desk, they asked us to find the cleaning staff ourselves? ? Mysterious operation? (Isn’t it the hotel that provides items for the number of people staying in the room?) The tables, chairs, and benches were all covered with thick dust!
