ik had een kamer geboekt online en 2uur voor aankomst hebben ze mij telefonisch laten weten dat mijn kamer doorverhuurd was .Ze hebben ons toen maar naar een ander hotel doorgestuurd op een zolderkamer met 4 bedden . Ik vindt dat echt niet kunnen laatste minuut . als jullie zo de kamers verhuren hoeft het voor mij niet om nog online te boeken. Je denkt gerust op weekend te vertrekken en dan je kamer is doorverhuurd ,geen tijd om nog iets anders te zoeken .Gewoon schandalig.

As far as I can tell, Tourist Center Clervaux runs 3 hotels: Robbesscheier, Rackésmillen and Cornelyshaff. While I very - and I mean it: VERY - highly recommend all 3 of them, the plus of Cornelyshaff is that, it has a local brewery inside the premises (beers are good but not elite); but, its rooms&furniture is older than the other two. To reach by public transport, you need to type in "Heinerscheid, Geméin" bus stop at Mobiliteit. Also I would recommend booking directly via hotel's website, since for some reason breakfast is always included in the price in booking websites.

Das Hotel (Restaurant + Zimmer) sowie die Anlage sind sehr gut gepflegt und macht insgesamt einen sehr harmonischen Eindruck. Ich wurde leider nicht freundlich empfangen und hatte das Gefühl, dass ich eine Plauderei des Service-Menschen unterbrochen hatte. Obwohl man ein Zimmer gebucht hat und noch im Restaurant Essen möchte, muss man bei Ankunft sofort das Zimmer zahlen. Alles sehr umständlich.... Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut und als es ums Bezahlen ging, sollte ich mehr zahlen, als das was in der Karte stand. Trotzig hat der Servicemitarbeiter die Rechnung geändert. Es war kein Tip berechnet worden, sondern die Speisen wurden auf einmal höher bepreist. Das Frühstück sollte von 8 - 10 Uhr sein. Das gesamte Büffet war irgendwie erst um 8.30 Uhr fertig eingerichtet. Von dem her fand ich das Büffet sehr spartanisch und seine 12 Euro nicht wert. Irgendwie seltsam. Im grossen und ganzen war der ganze Ablauf sehr unfreundlich und ich habe mich letztendlich dann auch nicht Willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Gastfreundschaft geht irgendwie anders! ... vor allen Dingen sollten die privaten Gespräche einfach mal reduziert werden, wenn Gäste im Raum sind. Schade eigentlich...

Zeer gastvrij tegen een schappelijke prijs. Uitstekend gegeten tegen prima prijsje. Ruime en schone kamers. Goede parkeer mogelijkheden. Alle persledenn even service gericht. Flexibel.kortom een aanrader. Voor een kort of kanker verblijf. Nb ook veel bezoekers uit de directe omgeving,dus ook dat zegt ook genoeg.
