Very comfy stay
The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate your requests. It was a little inconvenient that the front desk had limited operation hours and that there were limited dining options in the neighborhood (no food delivery available via Uber Eats either), but still the friendly service overtakes these little inconveniences. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

hoog-laagbed en tillift
Heel tevreden over het hotel in het algemeen enkel heel jammer dat de tillift niet onder het hoog-laagbed kon en ik in een gewoon bed moest slapen wat niet comfortabel is!

Das Zimmer wurde bereits Ende Dezember über ein großes Buchungsportal gebucht und bestätigt. Fünf Monate nach der Bestätigung und knapp vier Wochen vor der geplanten Reise sagt das Hotel ab. Das ist eine Bewegung wert - auch ohne dort gewesen zu sein.

Great hotel just near the downtown of Heiligenhaus. Fantastic breakfest in the facility with dining and kitchen connected, which makes it a very cozy and homey feeling. Very nice stay. Very nice staff. Thank you. Just few ammenities were missing such fitness centrum and sauna that would make us always wanna return to this place for us.

In buona posizione nel centro di Heiligenhaus, offre camere spaziose e pulite. La struttura è organizzata e progettata per venire incontro alle persone in carrozzina, o con mobilità ridotta. Porte automatiche, prese elettriche e serrature poste alla giusta altezza, bagno ampio e fruibile. Le camere sono dotate di tv, phon, bollitore con the e caffè. Non c’è un frigobar ma un distributore di bevande è presente al piano terra. La reception chiude alle 18, dopo quell’ora le chiavi vanno ritirate da apposite cassettine vicino all’ingresso. Colazione nella norma, con uova preparate al momento su ordinazione e buffet dolce e salato. Diciamo che alcuni dettagli sono migliorabili. La rete del letto è motorizzata, ma montata al contrario, per cui se si vuole sollevare la testa si alza dalla parte dei piedi. Ci sono pulsanti di allarme dappertutto nella stanza, ma visto il target sarebbe probabilmente meglio avere qualcuno a disposizione anche in ore serali.
