Wir sind für vier Übernachtungen anlässlich der Special Olympics im Hotel. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, ist gut mit dem ÖPNV, aber auch mit dem Auto erreichbar und bietet auch genug Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Unser Zimmer (336) war geräumig, durchaus ruhig gelegen. Die Betten waren sehr gut, die Sanitäreinrichtungen sind modern. Der Teppichboden versprüht etwas den Charme der 60er Jahre, ist aber sauber und gepflegt. Der Service war durchweg freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Kühlschrank, was bei dem warmen Wetter schade war. Durch eine zufällige Nachfrage habe ich erfahren, dass man sich einen Kühlschrank ins Zimmer stellen lassen kann, das könnte man den Gästen auch gerne aktiv mitteilen. Und wenn man ihn dann ins Zimmer stellt, sollte man ihn auch einschalten. Was wirklich sehr enttäuschend war, war das Frühstück. An den beiden ersten Tagen waren die Spiegeleier und der gebratene Speck wirklich richtig kalt. Wenn man die Spiegeleier auf einem Teller auf die Schüssel mit den Rühreiern stellt, ist das auch kein Wunder. Das Wasser im Samowar war ebenfalls nur lauwarm, man konnte allerings am Keffeeautomat wirklich heißes bekommen. Am ersten Tag war kein Schinken mehr da, Nachlieferung Fehlanzeige. Für einen Übernachtungspreis von 186 € ist das Frühstück wirklich unterirdisc h schlecht. Geht eigentlich die Hotelleitung hier auch mal frühstücken? Dann müsste das eigentlich auffallen.

Very nice and clean hotel excellent staff and service recommend people to stay on this hotel there is nothing to complain breakfast is okie as per German standard toilets very clean and location of hotel is also good.

Très bon hôtel. Accueil très courtois, efficace et rapide. Parking extérieur et sous-terrain facilement accessible. Le cadre est très agréable et reposant. Bar de l'hôtel agréable. Petit-déjeuner avec de nombreux choix.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, allerdings kann ich die katastrophale Parkplatz-Situation nur bestätigen, das Hotel ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Zum Schwimmbad/Sauna kann ich nix sagen, da es um 21:00 schließt und ich um 20:00 angekommen und 'ne halbe Stunde mit weiteren Gästen nach 'nem Parkplatz gesucht habe und zum einchecken bei einer Person und 3 Leuten vor mir nochmal 20 min verloren gingen. Frühstück ist OK, ich hatte wohl den Azubi Tag erwischt, ein Ausbilder und 5 Auszubildende, naja Ich würde es wohl trotzdem nochmal versuchen

Die Idylle ist geblieben aber der Zahn der Zeit nagt. Sicher das Cafe wurde renoviert dies kann man als ansprechend bezeichnen. Leider haben wir ein sehr unfreundliches Personal beim Frühstück erlebt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für dies Preisklasse eine Katastrophe das muss man nicht haben. Gerne hätten dies Problematik mit einer verantwortlichen Person besprochen uns wurde nur mit geteilt, dass niemand zur Verfügung steht und unsere Beschwerde weiter geleitet wird. Hier stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis in keinster Weise.

It's my 1st tour to Germany & stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights. Room & the bathroom was so neat & cleaned. Housekeeping Staffs cleaned the room and the bathroom daily. Meals and the beverage excellent.Many of the staffs well in English and they served up to the best way they could. My room number was 228 & there were nice view from the window. Highly recommended .
