Ho scoperto che non è’ prevista la pulizia della camera e sostituzione asciugamani sul posto . Il riordino viene fatto dopo 3 gg di soggiorno a favore dei bambini poveri . L’ho trovato sconcertante e comunque non era scritto nella prenotazione . Non ci ritornerei

Aus meiner Sicht das beste Premier Inn in ganz BW. (Hab natürlich noch nicht alle gesehen, aber auf Grund meiner Reisetätigkeit schon sehr viele.) Auch beim zweiten Besuch konstante Qualität! Preisleistung 10/10! Waren über den 06.12. im Hotel und alle Gäste hatten einen Schoko Nikolaus vor der Tür. Einfach richtig süß! Etwas was ich bei einer Kette wie Premier Inn garnicht erwartet hätte. Wenn man aktiv nach einem Grund ein „meckern“ sucht, dann wäre das nach meinem Bedürfnis nur der Kaffee den man verbessern könnte. Jedoch ist das wirklich Jammern auf dem höchsten Niveau! ;P

Die Übernachtung wurde über Booking gebucht. Hier konnte ich bis 18 Uhr zum Anreisetag kostenfrei stornieren. Ich hatte für meine Schwester gebucht. Da keine Haustiere erlaubt sind und sie ihren kleinen Hund dabei hatte habe ich das Hotel storniert kurz vor 17 Uhr. Ihr Partner war aber an der Rezeption und hat schon bezahlt. Es war noch kein Mensch im Zimmer. Alle waren noch in der Lobby. Und trotzdem sagte der Herr an der Rezeption es gibt kein Geld zurück. Eine Nacht muss gezahlt werden. Ich habe zu spät storniert, es war schon eingecheckt. Aber, wie schon gesagt, KEIN Mensch war in dem Zimmer. Gehört es sich da nicht, dass man kulant ist? Haben die es so nötig?

Great reasonably priced hotel which is very close to the city centre. Car parking right next to the hotel. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and breakfast good. Have stayed twice already while travelling through Germany and will be staying again soon.

Sadly the staff at the desk wasnt helpful, ignored my wish and thus i had to talk to the manager about changing the room. They gave me a room without a curtain, and didnt want to offer me any other. I could have left that minute but decided to stay the night, without sleep because the light did shine into the room.
