The hotel is very tastefully decorated. The reception is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, you are not informed that if you stay for 4 days, the room will not be cleaned or the towels changed unless you ask for it. It is a shame that hotels now see this as standard. At the beginning there was a drinks voucher and now nothing is done and the guest has to ask for everything like a supplicant and that even with higher room prices. Tip: you get a bathrobe for the sauna... you just have to ask at reception 😉

It was a very nice stay in the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortably furnished. The service was top notch.
Unfortunately, I do have one small criticism. The tiles in the shower are very slippery and there is no way to hold on.
Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Top hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. The hotel is in the industrial area of Heilbronn with a direct view of the Neckar. It is very quiet and idyllic here at the weekend. We will definitely be back.
