The hotel is in the city center, at the reception we were met by a dissatisfied girl, it was not pleasant. The room is clean, a big minus, there was no hot water.

I liked everything very much! The room was fresh and clean, the floor was heated, it was a bit hot, we used the air conditioner, there is no refrigerator, but it was not critical for us. Check-in and check-out were quick and without problems, the girls at the reception helped call a taxi. The location is also the best, all locations are nearby, the impressions are only positive!

How do I start?
The location itself is great, in the middle of Heihe. The pedestrian zone is right around the corner, it couldn't be better.
The room is clean, modernly furnished, has a private bathroom with toilet/shower, a kettle, humidifier, TV and scales. The bed is too hard for my taste. But that's actually bearable. The main problem with the room is the heating, which was NOT adjustable. The only thing you can do is leave the air conditioning on. But if you come into the room in the evening and it's 32°C, you need the whole night to get the temperature down. I don't like that.
The breakfast is typically Chinese and definitely not western. You have to be aware of that.
The staff are friendly and always try to help. Thank you for that.
