衞生：酒店房間進門一股黴味無舒適度可言、床品枕頭有黃色斑跡。
服務：酒店員工服務態度不錯。
設施：酒店設施一般般。攜程訂貝爾加湖酒店，店傢俬改到伏爾加河酒店入住，説是攜程中名稱未改變妥當，而且客房設在酒店外出租屋。第一次遇見沒辦法不提點意見！

適合臨居者住宿，樓外觀一般，樓道門口擺放置換物品顯亂，室內還算乾淨，周邊購物餐飲配套齊全，有自備早歺廳基本滿足飲食，室內衹配吊燈不夠明亮但隨叫能及時維修，離長途車站近，但離江邊略遠，走路半小時能到。
