服務：酒店員工服務態度不錯。
設施：酒店設施一般般。攜程訂貝爾加湖酒店，店傢俬改到伏爾加河酒店入住，説是攜程中名稱未改變妥當，而且客房設在酒店外出租屋。第一次遇見沒辦法不提點意見！
