適合臨居者住宿，樓外觀一般，樓道門口擺放置換物品顯亂，室內還算乾淨，周邊購物餐飲配套齊全，有自備早歺廳基本滿足飲食，室內衹配吊燈不夠明亮但隨叫能及時維修，離長途車站近，但離江邊略遠，走路半小時能到。
