Wir waren eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sehr sauber und die Betten aus unserer Sicht bequem. Parken konnten wir direkt auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.
Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich.
Ein kleines Minus gibt es trotzdem! Im Fahrstuhlbereich/ Treppenhaus im Erdgeschoss befinden sich mehrere offene Mülleimer, die ziemlich "gestunken" haben.
Liebes Personal, vielleicht finden sie eine andere Stelle für die Mülleimer😉.....

I’ll start with the positives. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station, it is very clean, there is a good breakfast and we found the staff to be lovely and super helpful. The hotel seems to run on the idea of ‘economy staff hours’. We were lucky to arrive on Friday evening at 7 pm just before the receptionist finished. Again, in fairness I had received very clear instructions on how to retrieve room keys but it would be normal to have a receptionist until 9/10 surely? I was also surprised to discover that the hotel does not have provision to store luggage. My friend and I were in Heidenheim for a football match and needed to store our backpacks until after the game. The LOVELY receptionist offered to store our bags and actually come back to work in order to give us our bags (over and above service!) but I felt uncomfortable expecting her to do this (and just as well as I got the time of the game wrong - pesky UK time on iPhone) so we looked to see if there were baggage lockers at the station - thankfully there were so we used them. Staff - 6/5 Hotel policies 3/5

Otelde su içmek mümkün değil. Sular hep gazlı ve sadece bir şişe veriliyor her misafire. Ayrıca Çalışan personel yok gibi bir şey. Servis çok kötü. Odalarda telefon dahil yok. Problemlerinizi Çözebilecek kimse yok.

War nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da und soweit war alles in Ordnung! Hatte keinen Zimmerservice beansprucht - kein Bettenmachen und vor allen Dingen keine Handtücher jeden Tag (dafür gab's ne Flasche Mineralwsser als Dank) - Lernte nur die "Frühstücksfrau" bzw. Rezeptionisten kennen und das war's !
