The lake view room is fantastic. Unfortunately no balcony. Breakfast is excellent. Nice swimming pool and Sonna area. Friendly staff. Large room. Baking 5 franc per day. Dinner was very good.

An excellent hotel with a top-level restaurant, in a truly beautiful location and a large wellness area.

Sehr schönes Hotel und super Umgebung, um zu wandern, die Aussicht zu geniessen, etc.
Beim Reataurantservice mussten wir sehr lange warten, bis wir bedient wurden. Wir hatten aber keinen Stress und das gibts halt mal.
Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great service, good location, amazing view over Bodensee. Dinner and breakfast options were really good and extensive. We will happily return and recommend Hotel Heiden for a relaxing trip.

Ein wunderbar ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit einem schönen Panoramablick. Ruhige Zimmer und eine schöne Wellnessabteilung, die auch schon vor dem Frühstück zum Schwimmen einlädt. Und am späteren Nachmittag konnte ich Sauna und Schwimmen geniessen. Das anschliessende Nachtessen war dann der krönende Abschluss.
