The lake view room is fantastic. Unfortunately no balcony. Breakfast is excellent. Nice swimming pool and Sonna area. Friendly staff. Large room. Baking 5 franc per day. Dinner was very good.

Schönes Hotel mit schöner Aussicht
Sehr liebevolles Ambiente. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich richtig wohl. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern. An der Decke hatte es noch Spinnenweben, im Bad war der Duschstuhl schmutzig, wir benötigten ihn jedoch nicht.
Der Spa Bereich ist sehr modern und sauber. Man fühlt sich da ebenfalls wohl.
Die Ortschaft und die Aussicht sind ebenfalls toll!

Das Hotel wurde frisch renoviert und bietet ein angenehmes Ambiente mit top Aussicht. Im Restaurant und im Wellnessbereich haben wir und rundum wohl gefühlt und uns verwöhnen lassen. Die Gegend um Heiden bietet verschiedene Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten, die man auch in Ruhe geniessen kann. Vielen Dank an das Team für die Herzliche Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir verbrachten wunderbare Tage in diesem Hotel und erhielten gleichzeitig einen vertieften Einblick in das Brauchtum des alten Silvesters im Appenzellerland. Verglichen mit unserem ersten Aufenthalt im Mai 2021 hat sich das Hotel in jeder Beziehung zu einer schönen und stylischen Bleibe mit sehr kompetenten Personal gemausert. Weiter so! Wir kommen wieder.

Wir durften über Silvester im Hotel Heiden logieren. Dabei gab's ein excellentes Silvestermenü bei gemütlichem Ambiente und Musik. Und dazu einen sagenhaften Ausblick auf den Bodensee samt Feuerwerk rund um den See. Das Personal rundweg sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer wie immer sauber, toll eingerichtet (mit Nespressomaschine). Der sehr grosse Aufenthaltsraum ist mega, gibt viel zu lesen und für Gemütlichkeit sorgt ein warmes Kaminfeuer. War wie immer einfach toll!
