Das Hotel ist sauber auch wenn der Maler den ein oder anderen Pinselstrich machen könnte. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und in ausreichender Menge bestückt. Auf wunsch werden Spiegel- Rührei frisch gemacht und serviert. Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Fenster halten Straßenlärm gut ab. Alles in allem ein nettes Hotel mit kurzem Weg zum Altstadtzentrum. Gerne wieder

The people working were fabulous. Very nice and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Fresh eggs. Easy to walk everywhere. Rooms were nice and clean. Warm shower. Plenty of room. Quiet area. Would definitely stay again!!

Could be better
The hotel staff were nice and friendly, breakfast was normal continental buffet and fine. However, the room was compact, the bed a small double pushed against the wall. As previous guests had mentioned the shower screen broken and stained as were the tiles and shower head. I don't know about other rooms only number 19.

Hotel simples e funcional
Hotel bem localizado, fica muito próximo do castelo e Hauptstraße de Heidelberg.
O café da manhã é muito bom, com embutidos regionais, pães diversos, todos gostamos.
Tenha em mente que é uma casa antiga, não há elevador, nosso quarto ficava no segundo andar, não foi problema carregar as malas para cima, mas se vocÊ tem alguma dificuldade, peça para ficar no térreo.
O quarto é um pouco antigo, mas a cama é boa e o chuveiro também. Como era um hotel para dormir, pois ficamos andando pela cidade todos os dias, foi muito bom para o que pretendíamos fazer.
Só acho que seria bom falar na descrição do hotel que o estacionamento tem um número de vagas limitado, atingido esse número, é preciso procurar outro lugar para estacionar. Nós chegamos a noite no hotel e já não havia mais vagas no estacionamento do imóvel, mas a uns 50 metros há um estacionamento pago.
