What a coincidence. I came to the hotel and found out that I had stayed there 7 years ago. Very, very good. This is what motivated me to come to Heidelberg. Breakfast was perfect. The front desk helped make reservations for a good on-board restaurant for dinner.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Jedoch haben wir für den Preis noch etwas anderes erwartet. Besonders schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht. Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal.

Einw andere Art zu übernachten. Das Hotel hebt sich deutlich von den Ketten ab. Wunderschön eingerichte Zimmer mit Küche und toller Minibar. Super Aussicht auf die Stadt , direkt am Neckar und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss in die Altstadt. Sehr empfehlenswert

Erholsamer Aufenthalt dank des schönen Gartens und des wunderbaren Frühstücks. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an der Alten Brücke in Heidelberg und ist ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nahe Umgebung.

wenn ich angekommen bin das Personal hat mir nicht geholfen mit meine Koffer er hat gesagt er muss um 22:00 los sonst schafft er seine Zug nicht dann nächste Tag haben Sie gesagt die bringen keine Frühstück in zimmer weil das Zimmer ist so weit weg ist und haben Sie gesagt dann machen Sie mir eine Upgrade in bessere Zimmer in desselbe Gebäude wo das Frühstück geliefert wird aber das war wirklich das schlechteste Zimmer der ich in meine Leben erlebt habe das Klima Anlage genau über das Bett!!! Kalt dann warm das ganze Nacht! Unter das Bett eine Menge Staub und das Fenster total schmutzig obwohl ich gesagt habe bitte das fenster putzen!! Und keine verdunkelten Gardinen also schon um 5:30 hell!! Keine Ruhe und kann ich wirklich nicht empfehlen für dieses Preis das Qualität sehr enttäuscht!

We loved our stay at this delightful, design-driven boutique hotel. Lucas greeted us warmly as friends not just guests. The location was perfect, a short walk over the bridge to the old town, separates you from the crowds. The room had everything and more with style, class, comfort and luxury. The gift of wine and goodies were a lovely touch. Breakfast was as elegant as the woman hosting it. All staff we encountered were kind and professional. We will happily return and check into staying at other House of Hütter properties, especially excited about Goldfinger, their yacht offered in Ibiza!
