服務超級nice，房間佈局合理，還有衣帽間，衞生乾淨，枕頭舒服，馬桶圈都是加熱的，這個酒店是目前衹過這些最最最最滿意的。

本來很開心的一次旅遊，去到鶴崗這個地方，選擇了這家酒店，19.30辦理完的入住，進房間第一感覺是有味道，不是很刺鼻，但是時間呆久了很難受，可能是新裝修的就沒有去計較，沖澡時候花灑呼冷呼熱的，一看就是很久沒人住了，水壓上不來，這都是小問題，我在休息的時候，20.15床邊前台呼叫來了一個電話，接起來是一個男士打過來的，説的話不可描述，而且傳進來****聲，第一次經歷這事，我就趕緊聯繫前台，給我的回饋是外線打不進來，衹能前台打進來，後來我緊接着報警了，在警察的陪同下他又説外線能打進來了，能不能打進來你酒店工作人員不知道啊？這裏要説一下，鶴崗警察真的很熱情很友好，一直在安撫我們不讓我們受到驚嚇，中間自稱酒店店長過來，進屋裡沒有第一時間跟客人道歉，一直在跟警察避責，説什麼他們連鎖酒店要求的，外線能打進來，不是他們問題，警察都説你管理有問題，他還和警察犟，你這連鎖酒店店長處理客訴的能力沒有你家前台員工強，前廳經理陪同警察過來積極配合巡查房間，以及想辦法處理，並且店長至今未向我説任何一句有關抱歉的話，態度強硬，這個酒店以後我是不敢再去住了！
