我是本地的一名遊客，來鶴峯選擇這家酒店，是別人推薦的，是一家老店，但是設施設備不老，衞生乾淨，服務很好，物有所值，主要地理位置很好，周邊早中晚都有好吃的，坐車也方便，酒店還有免費的洗衣房，還有充電樁提供，很方便，出遊就是要吃住行方便，它基本都具備，前台也是相當的熱情，介紹周邊美食，火鍋兒，推薦遊玩的地點，很負責任，看來都是經過培訓了的，怪不得這麼多人選擇這家店，相信我，準沒錯！

酒店很乾凈，前台服務人員熱情友好。酒店周圍有很多特色餐館和超市，位置就在鶴峯客運站對面，客運站有去恩施的流水班車，特別是乘班車來回恩施非常方便。車站也有接送去屏山景區的車，上午遊玩屏山，行李可以寄存前台，中午可乘車返回恩施。

鶴峯的山，鶴峯的水，鶴峯的酒店東盛最好，價格美麗，服務優秀，衞生乾淨，設施很好，中央空調，熱水均勻，五金件很亮，房間大小合適，床上用品舒適，周邊環境好，鶴峯人和諧，態度很好！吃飯後圍繞清水走廊走一走，空氣太好了，可惜，屏山沒開園
