We stayed in the two rooms on the 4th floor, which were closest to the edge. We mentioned this to the front desk before check-in and they reserved two rooms next to each other. But the soundproofing of the room closest to the edge is very poor. Because it is next to the street, not to mention the noise of traffic, I can hear the sound of water being used next door clearly. There was no parking space at the ground level. The underground parking lot is shared with other hotels. The elevator entrance is full. It does not lead directly to the hotel. You need to go around the elevator with your suitcases, which is a bit inconvenient. I came here for the eLong brand, but I'm a little disappointed.

Hotel location is also very good, near Huaihe Ancient Street (walking 5-7 minutes), Mrs. Zhangzhou (high cost performance), wooden barrel stinky carp (too delicious! Very fresh fish, I don’t like fish, I eat it in Kuku), Mingjiao Temple and Li Hongzhang’s former residence are all on Huaihe Ancient Street. After shopping, you can come back to take a nap, very comfortable! ! Very recommended! !

Staffs are friendly and treated us nicely, although they cannot speak English well but still try their best efforts to explain to us. We booked a room for three people and only 2 breakfast offered in the original booking, but when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can all enjoy the breaskfast without paying for one more. Very supportive and a big plus to the customer service. Breakfast offers various dishes with both Chinese and Western styles. This hotel would defenitely oan ideal choice when we come back to Heifei in the future.

The breakfast is very good, the tofu curd is really rich in ingredients, there are more than a dozen sweet and salty toppings to choose from, great! The coffee and tea are delicious, and the hot milk comes in a box from Ai's Dawn. The mattress and pillows are always good for sleeping. The quilt is the most suitable thickness for this National Day trip. Overall, I am very satisfied. The staff were friendly and the breakfast starts at 6:30am, has a wide range of choices and very handy for elderly people. The hotel building also has restaurants, cafes and beauty salon in it.
