優點：酒店位置較好，離學校、醫院、飲食店都近，打車方便，衞生整潔乾淨，前台及清潔人員較熱情耐心態度好；缺點：窗外有工地白天都施工，午休受影響，房間之間也隔音較差。特別是早餐廳有個穿制服貌似主管的女店員服務態度惡劣，喜歡對顧客大叫大嚷，一再質疑，有不尊重顧客的行為，致使體驗感很差。

來科大看孩子，學校附近的家庭房不多，格美酒店房間很大，有學習桌，附近吃飯也方便，衞生間小一點但完全夠用，到中區宿舍距離很近，很滿意，以後來看孩子就住這裏。這家酒店的服務態度令人感到温暖和舒心，員工們總是微笑着問候我們，讓我們感到非常親切。房間的清潔也非常到位，床品舒適乾淨，讓人感到賓至如歸的感覺。
