地理位置好，環境好，周邊吃飯，交通都方便。前台1010服務熱情周到，前台接待服務態度很好，有需求及時解決，早餐豐富，房間住的舒服，設施齊全大堂明亮，通風好，總的來説還是不錯的，房間比較大，乾淨整潔，該有的都有。

1.工作人員服務態度糟糕，前台情商低，非常冒犯地問我們新疆户口來這是什麼目的，衹能説酒店管理理念老舊，竟然還讓員工搞這一出，如果6你們不願意開門做生意建議去幹查户口，全國走了那麼多地方也是第一次碰到了;餐廳煮雞湯麪的服務人員，我人在那站了半天，衹顧和另一個工作人員説話，望了我一眼愛搭不理，要一個牛肉湯一個麪，陰陽怪氣地反問:什麼？你要煮在一起？？另説一句雖然含早餐，但都是預製菜，難吃
2.設施老舊，設計不合理，浴室看似乾濕分離，但是洗澡水會從淋浴室門縫底下流到盥洗室，導致洗手池那片非常非常滑，穿着拖鞋無法行走的那種，安全隱患大，有長者孩子的不建議入住
3.雖然名為國際酒店，但設施服務完全就跟不上，大廳沒有擺花沒有沙發，空空盪盪很冷清，也許是有些年頭了吧，總之名不副實，將近兩百的房間沒窗户，住過不到一百的都比這個強，不推薦

酒店位置挺好的，出行很方便，旁邊就是地鐵2號線桂莊站。工號6004服務熱情，還給我免升了房型，房間住着也舒服，設施完全，旁邊有商場吃逛都很方便。大堂很氣派，推薦[強]
