My stay was excellent, and I'd particularly like to commend Ms. Fu Ling from the front desk for her professional service. I had a minor issue with my booking, and she handled it promptly and expertly. She immediately reassured me and efficiently contacted the relevant departments to resolve it, truly demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. She also proactively offered and brought children's slippers and toothbrushes. The hotel's location is also excellent, being very close to the South Railway Station. Moreover, the 24-hour shuttle service is a huge plus! This is incredibly convenient for many business travelers. Absolutely five stars!

I would be remiss not to share my joy. It was an absolutely perfect, value-for-money experience, and I'm writing this detailed review to express my gratitude and recommend it highly! I. First Impression: Convenient Location and Grand Lobby The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for both business travelers and tourists. It's close to a subway station and major commercial areas, yet cleverly tucked away from the hustle and bustle, ensuring a peaceful environment for rest. As our car pulled into the driveway, the pick-up driver enthusiastically came forward to help with our luggage. His genuine smile instantly melted away the fatigue of our journey. Stepping into the lobby, the high ceilings, elegant aroma, perfectly pitched background music, and tastefully designed art decorations immediately conveyed a sense of high quality and sophisticated ambiance. II. Room Experience: Where Details Truly Shine Entering the Executive King Room I had booked, I was met with one pleasant surprise after another. The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic city views. What truly stood out were the thoughtful details in the room: The bedding was undeniably high-thread-count and high-density, feeling incredibly soft and comfortable, as if enveloped by clouds. I slept soundly through the night. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was perfectly executed, and all fixtures were from internationally renowned brands, with excellent water pressure and stable water temperature. The toiletries were a premium essential oil series from a well-known brand, adding a touch of luxury. Furthermore, the well-stocked mini-bar and other amenities were all-inclusive, fully meeting all the quality-of-life demands of a modern traveler. III. Service Quality: Attentive and Making You Feel at Home The hotel's service truly lives up to the phrase 'making guests feel at home'. From the quick and professional check-in process handled by Front Desk staff Ding Si, to the warm greetings from the housekeeping staff; from the restaurant staff remembering my coffee preference, to the professional and detailed travel advice—every interaction made me feel respected and cared for. A special shout-out to Ding Si at the front desk: after I made a request, it was arranged and delivered to my room within five minutes. The response speed was truly impressive. This proactive spirit of anticipating and addressing guests' needs is the hotel's most valuable asset. IV. Dining and Other Facilities The breakfast spread was incredibly varied, far exceeding my expectations. It offered a delightful blend of Chinese and Western options, including local specialties, pastries, bread, and salads. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were excellent. The gym featured state-of-the-art equipment, providing a perfect way to maintain a healthy lifestyle even while traveling. In summary, this is a hotel that is impeccable in every aspect, from its facilities to its service. Your dedication and effort are truly felt and appreciated by guests. The hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service to/from the South Station, with the one-way journey taking just 10 minutes. Both drivers were incredibly kind and helpful! The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, and the environment was wonderfully quiet. The hotel's facilities and equipment were also excellent and well-maintained. A special shout-out to An Yue at the front desk for her outstanding service. Breakfast was delicious too! If you get the chance, you definitely have to try the blind massage on the fifth floor!

I am utterly disgusted with the experience. It's hard to believe a hotel in a provincial capital city would treat a female guest so poorly. I arrived around 2 PM and was assigned room 101, the very first room on the ground floor. When I opened the window, it faced directly onto an area with constant foot traffic from delivery drivers. I immediately requested a room change. I was told other rooms weren't cleaned yet and that I'd have to wait over half an hour. Since I had plans, I agreed to change rooms later that night. However, upon my return at 9 PM, the front desk claimed housekeeping had already left for the day, and they couldn't process a room change because no one would be available to clean my current room if I moved. It was only after someone intervened on my behalf that I was finally given a room on the 15th floor. The front desk's behavior was absolutely outrageous and a true disgrace to Hefei. Hefei Atour urgently needs to improve its staff training. Only after taking the elevator did I realize that rooms were available from the 6th to the 18th floor. How could they possibly claim there were no available rooms that afternoon? Furthermore, the room's soundproofing was terrible; even with earplugs, I could clearly hear every sound from the hallway. If my assigned room type is exclusively for the ground floor, this should be clearly stated upon check-in. I would have gladly paid extra for a better room, rather than being subjected to such deliberate delays and frustration.

This Atour hotel, conveniently located near Hefei South Railway Station, is excellent and offers a shuttle service. Immediately after booking, I received a call from Yi Yi at the front desk, asking if I needed the pick-up service. Given the continuous rain in Hefei lately, Yi Yi knew my arrival time and proactively met me at the hotel entrance with an umbrella – an incredibly thoughtful gesture! The security staff were also very helpful with my bags. The facilities are great and well-appointed. Yi Yi's service was outstanding; she even recommended excellent places to eat and fun activities nearby. Next time I'm in Hefei, I'll definitely choose Atour Hefei South Station again. Oh, and they even offered complimentary crayfish – a lovely touch! Plus, there's a piano available for guests to play.

The complimentary shuttle service is excellent. The rooms are spotless, and I'll definitely be staying here again. The massage experience was also fantastic!
