服務離酒店自己以為的還差很多，自轉。兩件事：1.前台去了兩次，第一次明確告知了需求，樓層高一點，南向，回覆搶掃，我説不急待會兒再來。隔一個半小時後前台，讓我在那乾站着得有十幾分鍾，根本給不了房卡。 你內部哪個部門在開會跟顧客沒關係，説不着，對嗎？給我房卡就行，謝謝！前台兩個人都在講別的部門，這就説明前台服務意識真的不到位。2. 門口的保安大叔不讓我臨停，我看到人家剛開走的好吧，我告訴他一會兒就走，求他都不行，有小權任性。問題是我開下車庫繞幾圈費的時間，可能比我辦完事的時間都費長。還有早餐的小姐姐，我感覺酒店可能給內部人員造成錯覺了，沒有培訓好，真的以為自己是四星以上。另，泳池就沒開過，沒有就沒有，不要硬裝。

總體不錯，對面木桶記臭鱖魚，也是很有特色的，樓下就是地鐵站，很方便，吃飯也方便，緊鄰兩個商場
