整體滿意，該酒店位於合肥站北，合肥站出站走西地下通道步行5分鐘到，距離近非常方便。前台的眼鏡小姐姐温儒爾雅，氣質非凡，接待耐心細心已提升20%酒店整體品質。入住8樓某房帶2人份早餐（如圖）早餐10元一位還是15元，性價比高需要自行購買早7點開飯，房間沒異味，整體安靜，隔音稍差，隔壁和樓上同位置會有噪音傳入，暖氣充足很舒服，獨立空調為新美的，製冷效果好安靜，洗澡熱水70度，穩定持續輸出不用為使用熱洗澡水困擾。稍吐槽下洗髮膏竟然是兑了半瓶水的未知名瓶裝稀里嘩啦洗髮液，沒任何洗髮效果（還是建議自帶）因來去匆匆漏拍房間照片，房間設施設備齊全，電視是TCl還可以吧，最後好評下WIFI全樓覆蓋設備連接100M穩定（這對需要網絡穩定的人很重要），以上僅代表3月某天大床房服務品質，明天后天是什麼品質，僅供參考！

AMAZED WITH THE STAFF Ok the location is good, the accommodations as well but the staff! The lady that welcomed me at the front desk, she was pro and sweet as amenities they send me soup because is cold. I’ll book here from now on that I am in town

Extended my stay another 2 nights. Nice little quiet hotel. Tea set and leaves provided which is a good touch. Bathroom is clean with no leakage or bad smell. Will definitely be back to stay again. Hopefully it will be non smoking hotel by then

The room is comfortable: the room is warm and practical, the whole is clean and tidy, there is no smell. The bed is moderately soft and hard, the pillow core is suitable, and the night sleeps very well, and the next day is full of energy. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, the hot water comes quickly, and the bath is very comfortable. Service intimate: When checking in from the front desk, the staff was warm and efficient, and also took the initiative to help recommend surrounding food. If you have any needs during your stay, make a call, they will respond quickly and be particularly thoughtful. Cost-effective: comprehensive hotel location, facilities and services, the price is really affordable. Whether it is a business trip or a trip, it is worth choosing. Next time I come to Hefei, I will definitely stay here!

Located very close to Hefei Station which is great. If you arrive into south station then you’ll need a Didi or the metro. Not as traditional/old fashioned as other Hilton suites in China but still a very nice room as a decent price. The lounge was good and the bar on the 3rd floor had nice staff working behind the bar

Facilities: The hotel facilities and the facilities and furniture in the room are relatively new.  Hygiene: The hygiene is clean. Environment: It is very convenient to eat and travel around the subway, and there is also an underground parking lot for convenient parking. Service: The breakfast service in the restaurant is remarkable, especially the service of Lai Haiying is particularly good and memorable.

Good location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding helping with a few things and even having a staff member guide to a COVID testing place followed up by another gentleman who made sure I got there. Incredible staff. Will stay there again for sure. My apologies as I didn't write down the names of the staff. Wish I could remember as they deserve the recognition for going above and beyond.
