YYiyaoMy visit to Hefei was exclusively to catch the special exhibition at the Anhui Museum on its final day. Therefore, staying at the Hefei Parkview Hotel, situated just a street away from the museum, was the ideal choice. Prior to my arrival, the hotel proactively called to inquire about my specific needs. Upon check-in, my 38th-floor room offered stunning sunset views – a fantastic bonus! The hotel boasts elegant design and a rich artistic ambiance, with the classical music playing throughout being perfectly to my taste. As one of Hefei's highly-rated hotels, its facilities, cleanliness, overall environment, and service all genuinely lived up to its reputation, and it offered excellent value for money. All in all, I'll definitely be back.

I was originally planning to stay at Grand Hyatt Hefei, but after much deliberation, I opted for InterContinental Hefei instead. I feel that InterContinental's quality is generally more consistent, whereas Grand Hyatt can be hit or miss.
The hotel is ideally located right next to Swan Lake, and directly across the street from Intime in77. A little further down is MixC Mall Hefei.
The day before check-in, the concierge called me to ask about any special requests, which showed excellent service.
Upon arrival, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The lobby is grand and impressive, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. My room was a Deluxe King Garden View, which was incredibly spacious. The hotel provided a complimentary welcome fruit platter and sparkling water. The bathroom was almost as large as the main room itself! The round bathtub by the window was huge enough to virtually sleep in. From my room, I had a lovely view of Swan Lake Park.
The breakfast buffet offered a vast selection – you could easily have breakfast and lunch combined!
The hotel and room decor show no signs of it being a hotel that opened in 2018; the design perfectly matches my aesthetic!
Although I haven't stayed at Grand Hyatt Hefei, I get the distinct impression that it wouldn't be as good as InterContinental Hefei!

XXiaoOsuThere was a little hiccup when booking this time. I originally booked a double bed room, but I made a mistake. The hotel quickly solved the problem and added an extra bed. The service attitude was really good. The room is quite big and comfortable to live in.
What satisfies me the most is the laundry service. You can pick it up and deliver it directly to your door, so you don’t have to worry about anything. This is very convenient. The small refreshments in the lobby are also very well made and taste good. It feels good to have some when waiting for friends or when taking a break.

AAnxious but kindA Pleasant Stay with Excellent Service
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was overall quite impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were welcoming and incredibly efficient, making the check-in process both speedy and effortless.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping team obviously takes great care in ensuring that every detail is attended to, from the fresh linens to the spotless bathroom.
The hotel's location is another great advantage. Being near the subway made it incredibly convenient to get around and explore the city with ease. Despite its prime location, the price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money.
Breakfast was a highlight of the morning, with a delicious variety that really set me up for the day. The quality and selection of food were outstanding, and it was a treat to start each day with such a satisfying meal.
One area for improvement would be the noise cancellation in the rooms. Being close to the subway, I did notice some ambient noise that occasionally disturbed my sleep. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.
In summary, this hotel excels in many areas: exceptional reception, efficient check-in, clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable pricing, and delicious breakfast. With a bit of improvement in noise cancellation, it would be truly perfect. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

GGuest UserIt locates near the lake, so there's awesome and gorgeous view. I can see very beautiful lake on the balcony in my room. There are several big hotels around the lake. This Novotel has the best lake view.
The distance to the Chaohu Lake is not far. Renting a car is the best choice. This location is nearly the edge of service areas of the shared electric bicycles.
There are many merchants near this Novotel. It's very convenient to buy food and daily supplies.
It's really an unforgettable travel. Next time I would select this Novotel again.
