The room is quite retro, but it is quite comfortable, and the surrounding environment is nice and cozy. The single bed is very small, but it is like this in Europe, so there is nothing to complain about

Badkamer vloer niet goed schoon. We vonden lange haren. Water reservoir van Nespresso apparaat lekte. Safe werkte niet (batterijen leeg). Deze 3 problemen werden na rapportage snel opgelost. Hoofdkussens bieden onvoldoende steun. Geen extra hoofdkussens aanwezig in de kamer. Geen hor(ren) voor de ramen: muggen komen makkelijk binnen en geven overlast. De twee zitstoelen in de kamer zijn oud en doorgezakt. Na de t****e nacht was het hotel vergeten de kamer schoon te maken, bed opmaken en te voorzien van handdoeken, koffie/thee en soft drinks. We bezoeken Kasteel Terworm al jaren, maar onze ervaring is dat het serviceniveau er niet op vooruit gaat. Geen diner gehad in het hotel omdat we al eerder tot de conclusie zijn gekomen dat de verhouding prijs/kwaliteit te hoog is. Het wijnarrangement valt tegen vanwege de kleine glaasjes die geschonken worden. Het ontbijt heeft met de tijd met name aan keuze en kwantiteit ingeboet.

Helaas door ziekte de reservering moeten annuleren. Super vriendelijke/begripvolle medewerker gesproken. De accommodatie was ons door familie aanbevolen nadat ze een heerlijk verblijf hadden gehad in Kasteel ter Worm. Erg spijtig dat het nu niet door kon gaan maar we gaan het zeker nog een keer reserveren.

Prachtig kasteel .Een oase van rust . Vriendelijk personeel. Perfect onderhouden. Heerlijk genieten op het terras van glaasje wijn , lekkere koffie en allerlei lekkers . Gewoonweg een aanrader . Het zou echt zonde zijn om langs te rijden .

Would recommend
Castle very clean, in nice surroundings.
Room large, fruit and flowers nice touch, but would have liked teaspoons not wooden sticks and more choice of teabags, not just 2 of the same kind. Staff not always friendly, but maybe that is Limburg? Would have liked more choice of yoghurt and fruits at breakfast.
