Afgelopen weekend een heerlijke high wine gehad, goed verzorgd met heerlijke gerechtjes. Daarna lekker geslapen in het hotel. Mooi ingerichte kamers! Volgende ochtend goed verzorgd ontbijt. Nette, vriendelijke bediening. Kortom genoten!

Very nice
Very nice hotel with a surprising good restaurant. The only confusing part was that they dont really have a check in desk. Its mostly a restaurant but very friendly and nice accommodations but you have to ask one of the waiters how to check in and they will direct you to a small desk in a corner and someone will help you.

Leuk voor een keertje. De ontvangst was wat rommelig, personeel kwam wat ongeïnteresseerd over. Was nog iets misgegaan bij het reserveren in het restaurant maar dat werd netjes opgelost. We sliepen in kamer 1 , boven het grand café , waar we de boxen met zware bas de hele dag door hoorden dreunen. Dit duurde helaas tot een uur of 2 uur ‘s nachts. Kom je voor rust en ontspanning en ben je gevoelig hiervoor dan zou ik overslaan. Hadden wij dit geweten van tevoren dan hadden we een ander plekje gezocht. De kamer zag er mooi en netjes uit, de bubbels stonden keurig koud klaar ook. We hadden een proeverij diner, ook dat verliep wat rommelig want het personeel was niet op de hoogte. Werd wel netjes geregeld daarna. Met afrekenen moesten we ze er weer op wijzen ivm de rekening, maar ook dat werd snel gecorrigeerd. Ontbijt vonden we een beetje vreemd om de avond van tevoren door te moeten geven. Het ontbijt zelf was erg lekker en de dame in de bediening was zeer vriendelijk. Kortom leuk voor een keertje maar vanwege het geluidsoverlast komen wij helaas niet snel terug.

It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have been to in the Netherlands. It is very modern and cozy. The rooms are very unique and impressive. The food is very tasty and of a superior quality, it has the touch of a chef with a lot of experience and skill. Thanks to the staff for the accommodation.

super comfy hotel in a lovely building but........
very comfortable and lovely hotel in the centre of the town, with rooms all slightly different. Super comfy beds. Great to have a coffee machine/kettle in the room. Shower opens directly into the bedroom area, and the sink unit is also in the bedroom area too. Although not a big problem on this occasion would prefer a 'traditional' bathroom with the shower and sink unit out of site of the sleeping area. Breakfast is selected from a menu, but all arrives at the same time. So it's either eat the warm items/eggs etc first, or start with cereal and let eggs get cold. A buffet approach would be preferred and this approach to breakfast would put me off staying again. A busy and vibrant restaurant/bar with great outdoor seating area on a sunny day.

Fantastisch leuk hotel in het centrum van Heerenveen. Hele mooie ruime kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk bed met goede kussens.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, one superior class than the other one, but I must say both rooms have beautiful interiors and very cozy. Good size shower cabin with 2 shower heads, washbasin are in the bedroom, same as the bathtub. Room is equipped with tea maker and coffee machine. One of the room was located near the busy popular restaurant/hang out spot hence the loud music could be hear in the evening from the room, even with window closed. But it stopped after the closing hour. The food from the restaurant located at the ground floor was tasty. Staffs were friendly and food was served very fast despite the busy hour. Good address to stay.
