We stayed in the rv park. It was nice enough and close to Denali park. But when using the laundry the employees who were cleaning the hotel room linens came in and took the dryers instead of waiting until I was finished using them. The ones who are paying for the rv park should have first “dibs” on the laundry. Employees should be told to wait until the laundry room is empty of paying customers.

We asked for a shower for our $52 camping fee. Staff was rude told me most had a shower in their unit. We used no electric no water and we were denied a shower since we didn’t have a shower in our van. Internet is useless and had to use my own. Be smart and book ahead and don’t use this place. Totally unfair.

We stayed in a motel "lodge" room for 3 nights while we were visiting the Denali Park area. The room was the "no frills" room containing a double bed, TV, private bath (shower), and desk. There were towels the first night and by the 3rd night we had bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. It was quiet. There is no fan or air (it was warm when we visited) but they did have a electric heater in the room for additional heat if that was needed. The store had ice, a computer, water, snacks, souvenirs that were nice, and lots of helpful information. There is a laundry room ($) and extra bathrooms/showers for the campers. The staff were very friendly and helpful offering good suggestions for places to eat in the area. Diane went out of her way to get some ice when there was none to be found in the area due to the unexpected heat wave. I would highly recommend this motel/location.

The customer service was great, the property was very clean & quiet and the parking was good. As for safety, that was sketchy. If I could share photos I would. There were extension cords plugged into extension cords and all were wrapped in electrical tape. The only thing on tv were movies, but the tv is at the head of the bed.

This is a very affordable place to stay not far from Denali National Park (only a 15 minute drive away). The building is older and definitely shows some wear and tear, but it was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
