I stayed here for a couple of nights because the winery we wanted to visit was close by. We checked in late from our road trip. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The Downside was the room was dark and a bit dated. Would come back and stay here again.

Nice place but plumbing failed and electricity outage during our stay. The plumbing was on them - purely a maintenance issue. They gave a refund. Electrical outage was half the town but who doesn’t have a back up generator? Again they refunded. Hard to prep for the wedding in the dark and no water.

At about 6pm my wife wanted to take a shower and the water didn't work. The front desk said they had plumbing issues and they had to turn off water in this hotel. At about 8 pm the hotel front desk said they would turn the water back on for a short time so we could use the bathroom. At about 850pm a woman from desk knocked on our door and said the water is on to 9 pm. A plumber wouldn't be back to repair the water system until the morning. She also said if we had to use a bathroom at night we could walk to another hotel next door. The guys at the front desk said they couldn't give us a refund until the Manager came in at 8am. At 4am we packed up our car and left this health hazard hotel. We found a Starbucks in town open at 4am.

The nice room was spoiled by listening to our neighbor's TV as loud as if it were in our own room. This went on for hours. The walls did nothing to suppress the sounds from other rooms and from outside. We will not stay here again. We'll choose another place next time.

The 3 stars are for the manager and the woman training yesterday, they were good people working the front desk, nice and helpful, THAT IS THE ONLY REASON WHY I GAVE IT 3 STARS, without that service I go down to one. To start, the mattress very well may be the softest and most uncomfortable mattresses in the history of mattresses, Just awful. I paid because I was on a long motorcycle trip and needed to sleep, and the very thing to help me sleep was working against me, you guys need new mattresses. Second, SO it's not like I could get any sleep in the first place, but when I did get somewhat of a doze in, the car parked directly outside my room 110 had it's car alarm go off at 445AM. Again, not necessarily the hotels fault but maybe perhaps in the future we can maybe suggest hotel guests if they have a car alarm maybe park it slightly away from the rooms. 3rd, the showers don't work. When I told the guy at check out my shower didn't work, he was nice but said, "oh yes they do, we always get complaints about this, you just have to pull it out towards you" Well, if you guys always get complaints about this, why not be proactive and let people know, I mean, come on, I spent 200 dollars plus for a room I could not sleep or shower in??? I kinda was just thinking a little right now, what exactly did I pay for??? I left miserably tired and unshowered at 630AM. AGAIN, this is not about employees, they were good, trying, and helpful, this is an ownership, investment failure from the top. Perhaps at check in they could have been proactive and told me about the shower thing, but the trainie checked me in and she was trying her best, so I'm not gonna lay the blame on her. I don't know, for the amount of money I spent for a quick overnight, there is much better options in the area.

Older facilities, noisy hallways, noisy AC, hallways were trashy when we arrived. We were on the top floor and could still hear people walking around in the other rooms. One positive: room was clean. No outside area to gather with friends to share wine and stories. obviously traveling with friends - but check in offered no suggestions for enjoying our time at hotel. Price and required pre-payment led us to expect something much better. As part of our trip, we stayed and a much nicer hotel in Windsor for less- that's where we will be next time.

We were told when we called and from online info we would have access to the pool and hot tub at the hotel next door. When we arrived we were told that was not an option. Hotel could use a remodel. The elevator is old and dingy. Rooms on elevator side feel dark especially near elevator. No breakfast included. We waited so long for food at the restaurant next door that we left without eating. The location was the best feature and the actual room was fine. Comfortable and clean, but not modern or upscale.

The price was ridiculous but it was a popular weekend in Healdsburg. The grounds were a little tired but the lobby and room was very nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I'd pick a Best Western again.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and previously loved it. We expected it to be the same and thought we had reserved a room in the Tuscany section where we have previously stayed. Upon arrival, when questioned, we were informed that that section had been sold to HIlton and that all the amenities associated with that section were not available to us ( upscale room, zaccuzi, pool, breakfast, lounge. with fire pits..). The only upside was the Hilton had a free wine tasting we could take part in,
