The 3 stars are for the manager and the woman training yesterday, they were good people working the front desk, nice and helpful, THAT IS THE ONLY REASON WHY I GAVE IT 3 STARS, without that service I go down to one. To start, the mattress very well may be the softest and most uncomfortable mattresses in the history of mattresses, Just awful. I paid because I was on a long motorcycle trip and needed to sleep, and the very thing to help me sleep was working against me, you guys need new mattresses. Second, SO it's not like I could get any sleep in the first place, but when I did get somewhat of a doze in, the car parked directly outside my room 110 had it's car alarm go off at 445AM. Again, not necessarily the hotels fault but maybe perhaps in the future we can maybe suggest hotel guests if they have a car alarm maybe park it slightly away from the rooms. 3rd, the showers don't work. When I told the guy at check out my shower didn't work, he was nice but said, "oh yes they do, we always get complaints about this, you just have to pull it out towards you" Well, if you guys always get complaints about this, why not be proactive and let people know, I mean, come on, I spent 200 dollars plus for a room I could not sleep or shower in??? I kinda was just thinking a little right now, what exactly did I pay for??? I left miserably tired and unshowered at 630AM. AGAIN, this is not about employees, they were good, trying, and helpful, this is an ownership, investment failure from the top. Perhaps at check in they could have been proactive and told me about the shower thing, but the trainie checked me in and she was trying her best, so I'm not gonna lay the blame on her. I don't know, for the amount of money I spent for a quick overnight, there is much better options in the area.
