The facilities have been renovated, the environment is very good, and the hygiene is good. Personally, I think the resort is better than the small town in terms of catering, and it is also more expensive. For example, the mutton served in the small town restaurant is mostly frozen mutton. I consulted the famous restaurants in the town. Local people don’t actually like to eat mutton noodles. The service attitude is also very good, and overall it is very cost-effective.

AAichiroudexiaopeiqiThe room was large and it felt very warm as soon as I entered. The hotel staff was very good, sent free fruit snacks, and the children also sent toys. The hotel also has a children's toy corner. We played cards upstairs. The children played below. It was really humane to liberate our hands.

GGuest User烏江當前最好的酒店，這價格超乎意料。出差基本也是住維也納，這家新開的，設施齊全，東西都很新、通風好，沒一點裝修的味道。很喜歡他們的配色，綠色黃色金色，生機勃勃，簡易又舒適。前台小姐姐服務非常貼心，開的電子發票速度很快，早餐也很好，忘記拍照了。他家水壓必須誇一波，而且熱水是真的熱，洗澡簡直不要太爽，超愛，沖的不想離開浴室，床和枕頭也很舒服，衞生間紙巾不是那種很少的很薄的。住了兩晚，整體體驗感極佳，下次到烏江還要來這家維也納3好！

It is very convenient to park by car, free parking, and the front desk ladies are also very enthusiastic and provide good service. The room card is prepared in advance, and the check-in is very fast. The room type is upgraded for free, and the view is better. The room is very spacious, the balcony has good lighting, and the bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub with dry and wet separation. The bed is big and soft, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The room has independent WiFi. You can leave after returning the room card at the front desk, and check out in seconds without waiting. Good service!

The surrounding area is very lively with everything you need to eat and drink. There is an underground parking lot behind the hotel for convenient parking.

GGuest UserHealth full score, nothing else, the most concerned about health, health is very clean. The key is that the breakfast is quite good. I ate two bowls of noodles. There are robots that can be delivered to the door when ordering takeaways, which is very convenient. There are a lot of parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel, which is very suitable for people who drive out.

The hardware is good, but the service is poor. The net red room is well designed, has an aesthetic style, it is worth living and experiencing. But there is no coffee and tea bag in the room, the first time I met it. It may be that guests will go to the coffee bookstore to drink. But the coffee bookstore is not open for cost savings. Asked to drink coffee, opened the door, turned on the air conditioner, and it was extremely hot when I entered. The coffee was not finished, and the service staff urged to close the door because she was going to the restaurant to be busy for dinner. The cafe had to close the door and stared at the last sip. I stayed in the bookstore for less than half an hour and I was watching out. I borrowed a book to take the room to see it. I was repeatedly told many times. I must return it the next day. The good experience is not good. I have never encountered this before. Some service staff lack training, lack basic literacy, respect and trust, making guests feel poor. The breakfast was very poor, it was the worst breakfast in the hotel. There are very few varieties, less than 9 o'clock, basically there is not much left, and it is not supplemented. The answer is that you may not be able to eat well, but it must make you full. The white porridge is gone and not replenished. Only soy milk is drunk, nothing else. For the lack of supply, the person in charge replied that there were so many guests that it was very perfunctory. After a dozen people came to eat breakfast, they didn't add it. They just boiled eggs for everyone and let the guests eat something. In the comments before the breakfast issue, it has been mentioned a long time ago, but it seems that it has not been improved. The surrounding environment is not fully built.
