Very friendly staff. View and quiet ness is wonderful. Clean. The location is very good for a lot of sight seeing and save for getting back late. Would really visit again. Favorite part is sipping wine in the jacuzzi and enjoying the stillness.

Was very relaxing and quiet during midweek. Ideal for our day visits to Kruger Park. Towels are very thin and can be replaced. Shower floor needs attention. Place was clean and very spacious. The jacuzzi was absolute a bonus!

The place is Beautiful and peaceful we really enjoyed our stay, because it's hot can you please check your air-conditioning system and the was no hot water in the tent for the hole of our stay. But because it was summer we managed with cold showers. But other than that everything was perfect

On our first night, we asked to store our food in the fridge, and they agreed. However, when we arrived, they had stopped cleaning and did not leave the usual complimentary items like coffee and shampoo. On our second night, we tried to stay in a cabin at Sugar Bird, but it was problematic. There were cockroaches everywhere, no cutlery, the bathroom fan didn’t work because it was dirty, the bathroom was dusty, and the beds were just two twin beds instead of a nice romantic setup.

The Eagles nest unit was cute with the added benefit of the jacuzzi however with the kitchen being downstairs and the steps being so wide apart my parents did struggle. Something needs to be done about the amount of insects... makes eating downstairs a nightmare. Everything was clean however there were sand granules on the bedroom floor and the dishes in the kitchen were oily when we arrived. The shower upstairs was very difficult to use and water was either boiling or ice cold. The property manager was an absolute pleasure to chat to if we had any issues or questions. Nonetheless this unit needs a redesign!
