The accommodations were very comfortable. The hotel is very close to Kruger National Park. At night hippos come out and eat the grass in front of the dining room. We also saw elephants on the hill opposite the hotel. The meals were also very good.

We stayed two nights here with a tour group. Our accommodation was in one of the chalets in the grounds. The room was pleasant, spacious and well-equipped (it even had a little kitchenette), with a good size bathroom with a double shower. Most importantly, the room and bathroom seemed clean. We had one packed (take-out) breakfast for an early-start game drive, which was substantial, and one buffet breakfast in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast had a good range of hot and cold options, but it was busy and the egg-cooking station was slow to start up, resulting in a queue. We also had two buffet dinners here, which offered a good choice and were very nice, but again the evening buffet was quite busy. (There were a number of tour groups staying at the hotel, including the one we were on, with tables set up for the different groups.) We sat outside on the terrace for tea one afternoon, and there is a very pleasant outlook over the river, but we didn’t see any hippos! We didn’t really spend much time in the hotel, but the garden areas looked lovely and well-maintained.

Breakfast with a view of elephant say no more… We heard at night you can see hippos we did not see them. Great African design and vibe in the hotel Beautiful green surroundings. Large clean rooms Very close to Kruger national Park in this amazing scenic rout Should improve their breakfast

The stuff is very rude and unprofessional, I booked a room for 2 nights and paid for it and checked in immediately, 40 minutes later we receive a call that the cabin we are in has been double booked there for we have to leave and yet that booking was made after we had already paid and checked in. Instead of making alternative plans for the other guests they forced us out of the room we paid for to cater for other people as if we did not pay just as the other people, the treatment from the stuff especially the management was horrible and I’m never setting foot there ever again.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura durante un tour. Buon albergo, servizi buoni come ci si aspetta da un albergo durante una vacanza itinerante. Purtroppo abbiamo capito che i tanto decantati ippopotami non si vedono, inoltre avremmo preferito avere qualche indicazione in più su cosa fare o visitare intorno all'hotel, l'abbiamo scoperto per caso da altri ospiti. Se andate fuori stagione l'albergo non offre molto per occupare il tempo.

Cadre très agréable ou vous trouverez un choix de chambres , cour, de luxe, rivière, jardin, au toit de chaume proche de la rivière Sabie, ensemble convivial, piscines, Restaurant un petit à l'écart, offrant de la cuisine internationale, choix de plats, viande mijoté, poissons, légumes végétariens, riz, d 'ailleurs que nous retrouvions presque dans chaque hôtel ou nous descendions. Personnel courtois. Belle chambre, de l ,'espace, et une agréable salle de bains. Surtout nous avons bien dormi, sans bruit..appréciable

Saw hippos first 5 mins on property. Helicopter ride was awesome. Food was ok but view from restaurant was awesome. 10mins to Kroger gate. 2 minute drive to elephant whisperers. 2 minutes to Perry’s trading post

We were the only family at this restaurant, very over priced and waited over 35 minutes for toasted sandwiches, the chicken salad, was the most awful meal, I have ever had. Dried up pieces of chicken, a massive lettuce in the middle and dried white bread ( croutons) bacon was bacon bits, more like crumbs. Don’t order toasted chicken, my daughter only got mayonnaise and cucumber/red onions. Beautiful setting, a pity about the food and the drinks are very overpriced. The waitress was lovely however we won’t be back thanks.
