We were the only family at this restaurant, very over priced and waited over 35 minutes for toasted sandwiches, the chicken salad, was the most awful meal, I have ever had. Dried up pieces of chicken, a massive lettuce in the middle and dried white bread ( croutons) bacon was bacon bits, more like crumbs. Don’t order toasted chicken, my daughter only got mayonnaise and cucumber/red onions. Beautiful setting, a pity about the food and the drinks are very overpriced. The waitress was lovely however we won’t be back thanks.

La location è suggestiva....nulla da dire....peccato che il tutto, a partire dalle camere necessiterebbe di una radicale ristrutturazione....da "ristrutturare" anche il personale in apparenza stanco e poco attento alle esigenze dei clienti....

We were booked two nights at this place for work year end function. It was such a perfect venue just to wind down the year's fatigue. As soon as one gets into the property you smell relaxation the air tells one that you're here to relax 😌 The rooms are big enough with enough space in the bathroom. Very important the aircorn came in handy as it was very hot. I didn't enjoy the food on the first but oh my oh my on the second at the Boma the chef was showing off 😁 the food was so delicious 😋 the restaurant manager Thato really looked after us. My only disappointment is that I didn't see the Hippos as I heard that they come through the waters by the restaurant, I guess 🤷 next time

Broken aircon and it was 40degrees! The shower collects water ,it doesn’t drain Thato at the restaurant undermines trainees and embarrasses them! She second guesses them and shows the customers! We were rushed 2 hours before closing to grab our food! I had high hopes

in diesem Hotel sind wir zum 10. Mal vor und nach unsaerem Aufenthalt im Krüger Park. es ist ein schöner Ort um "anzukommen", wenn man einen langen Flug hinter sich hat. wir lieben dieses Hotel und keinen mittlerweile auch viele Angestellte. Man fühlst sich hier sehr wohl. Es ist wie einn nach Hause kommen. Da wir diesmal mehrere Tage vor Ort waren hatten wir River Chalet gebucht. Sehr schöne und gute Ausstattung. Wir werden immer wieder buchen, wenn wir hierher zurück kehren.

Struttura bella con camere spaziosissime dotate di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo mangati al buffet bene con ampia scelta, così come la colazione prevedeva diverse possibilità, dalla internazionale a quella più indicata per noi italiani, almeno per me. Locali puliti e personale abbastanza disponibile. Come detto nel titolo, purtroppo l'ippopotamo ha fatto "sciopero" e non si è fatto vivo. Consigliato

This hotel was fabulous, we loved the size of the rooms, and the double shower was amazing. The pool area was relaxing and the staff served drinks to us there. We had a ceiling fan which kept the room cool and there was also air conditioning, which we didn't need. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well there. It was lovely being able to sit in the dining area and watch the hippos in the evenings - what an experience. The hotel is set within easy reach of Kruger Game Reserve and The Elephant Whisperer experience. The food was lovely and there was always a good selection available. Staff were welcoming and friendly, especially a lovely lady called Pinky, who always had a smile, and was really welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again x

Bella Location che alterna qualità notevoli a qualche pecca da migliorare. La posizione in riva al fiume Sabie e' molto suggestiva ( se siete fortunati potrete vedere gli ippopotami nel fiume) . Ill complesso dispone di molti alloggi divisi tra la parte lunga del complesso e varie camere fronte fiume .Dispone di belle camere spaziose con bagni ben forniti ma l'arredo in stile coloniale e le piastrelle del bagno vecchiotte possono far storcere il naso a chi fa molto caso a queste cose ( a me interessano meno ). Il ristorante ( fino alle 21.30) offre buone scelte a menu' per la cena, il cibo e' ottimo ma il servizio si rivela lento . La colazione invece e' fantastica. Abbondante, ben curata, varia nelle proposte a menu' ( niente buffet). La parte carente e' quella tecnologica con bassa copertura telefonica, wifi gratis ma praticalmente disponibile solo nelle parti comuni e possibilità di interruzioni della corrente elettrica . Parcheggio gratis. Colazione dalle 8.00 alle 10.00 Check in 14.00-19.30 Check out fino alle 10.00
