The facility was extremely filthy. We had hair in our bathtub. The phone had nasty stuff all over it. The floors look like they’ve never been vacuumed. The kids say the pool is green. I do have to say the hotel has potential if got better housekeeping, and the lady at the desk was nice.

The lady I dealt with was very patient even though I can tell she had have had a long day but I was too and I am grateful for her thankfulness her face patience and she also gave my daughter a bag of food chips what she didn't have to do or she pays one or whatever either way I will highly recommend this place over all the hotels there in this area no caption needed

They are very unprofessional they need to be more welcoming to all guests not just people who long distance there can be something wrong with there housing and u can’t help them is wrong

Upon arriving to the hotel to check in, we were told one of the rooms we had booked could not be unlocked.
