Hotel was clean but is in dire need of maintenance. Wall paper was peeling, tub was chipped, shades are in bad shape, ice machine did not work. For the premium price they charge they should be better maintained. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel, arrived at 1630 room not ready due to short staffed. Receptionist didn't believe we was from England until seeing my driving licence🤣🤣. Very big and comfortable beds clean through out ,nice bathroom only downside was doors not having quiet closing hinges could hear doors slamming not all hotels fault but other people not thinking of the noise. Got indoor pool but never used plenty of parking. Breakfast not very busy a lot to choose from and coffee N tea 24/7. All staff courteous and polite quiet location Staying again next year.

Bathroom issues: Big stain in tub. No hooks in bathroom. Fan and outlets in bathroom didn’t work. Toilet intermittently didn’t flush.

Bianca was awesome. However we had 5 adults and only got 2 queen beds. We were told that we would get our money back but have not yet. We had to make other arrangements to fit everyone. Was very disappointed.

It was outdated. We had 2 rooms and neither of the key card locks on the doors would work. It would take several minutes to get in to both our rooms. There were several stains on the sheets, the bath tub was dirty, had fruit loops on the floor from the previous guests, and the room next to us had trash sitting in bags in the hall the whole time we were there. The breakfast was very disappointing. We were there on a Saturday morning and there was very limited food. The staff was very nice and helpful, but were trying to work with what they had which isnt great. For the price, it was very disappointing.

Super friendly welcoming staff! Room was very clean and beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was very good with wide selection of food and drink. Thank you!
