Lower your expectations unless you're paying $270 and then leave dismayed. Decent hotel for a weekend bike race. However, the price for what we got left a bunch to be desired. Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, hot tub wasn't working properly but the price, wow! I get it, it's a busy day and they can charge what they want but I'll be looking for a stay elsewhere next time.

This hotel needs a major update. The first room I checked into was dirty. There was a hair tie and bobbi pin on the counter and the bathroom floor was dirty. Both rooms were very musty smelling and damp. The air conditioning was not great. I checked out after one night and moved to a different hotel.

Nice hotel. Beds were comfortable. Look to get an odd numbered room so you face greenspace and not the parking lot and highway. Destiny gave us good recommendations for restaurant

The hotel is old and outdated. The noises coming from the pipes kept us awake all night long. The jets in the tub didn’t work either.

Clean rooms, breakfast items available in the morning. The only issue was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom which made for a struggle with moisture in the room. Per WI code, hotel bathrooms must have a mechanical exhaust system capable of exhausting at least 50 cubic feet per minute (cfm) intermittently or 20 cfm continuously. This place has zero.

North woods get away
If we’re in the Hayward area, this is where we stay. We’ve always had friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet rooms and good hot breakfast. We will be back on our next trip north!

Super unpleasant. Unfresh bedding and outdated room. The carpet was gross. Overall, not worth the cost!

Overnight, soaps and hand towels were replaced, but coffee supplies, Kleenex and bath towels were not and beds were not made.
