Road trip St Louis to Denver. Hiltons are my go-to. Overall, it was fine. Easy check-in. Clean. Breakfast was good for hotel standards (mini cheese omelets, turkey sausage). So why only 3-stars? bed was not comfortable … at times felt too firm ( and I like firm) but really lumpy.

This place was an overpriced dump, even the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Mold in the shower, stains all over the carpet.

We are asking for a full refund and manager agreed
People next door had tv up to beyond loud til midnight room on other side phone was off hook beeped all night electrical socket didn't work horrible night

Super friendly staff and very well taken care and clean property! The breakfast was nice and clean as well in the morning, the staff does a wonderful job keeping things tidy, neat and clean! The rooms were nice, clean and didnt have a nasty smell like some hotels do. Great stay, would recommend!
