The first night we checked in, some water was coming out from the tile in the bathroom. We did not even notice was from the tile. The second day morning reception called in and suggested we change to another room. Quick respond.

The location is good and the transportation is convenient.
The sanitation is not good, it is at the level of a fast hotel.
The light rail downstairs is very noisy and runs until 2 am.
Those who have trouble sleeping should be careful.
