The location is excellent, with a Light Rail station right outside the hotel. Central Station is also within ten minutes, offering convenient access to trains, metro stations, and buses. Located in Chinatown, there are numerous restaurants at both the front and back entrances. The hotel is clean, though the decor isn't new. Overall, it's a great value.

There's no room cleaning unless you pay $40.
The receptionist was unfriendly.
There were no toothbrushes, so you had to ask at the reception. The same goes for towels.
The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable.
The location is quite good, very close to Chinatown and Haymarket. There are lots of food nearby.

The first night we checked in, some water was coming out from the tile in the bathroom. We did not even notice was from the tile. The second day morning reception called in and suggested we change to another room. Quick respond.
