AGODA have let my teenage son and his mate down. Dec the 31st check in for a booking that was made and paid for 3 months ago. Only hours before our 18 yrs old son went to book in he read and email from AGODA saying that his booking will be refunded because the apartments have closed permanently. Refund will not be available to our son asap, how did you think he went getting accommodation in the heart of Sydney on New Years Eve. Sitting in the gutter overwhelmed with no where to go. All available accommodation was over $900 p/n. He had only saved so much for his trip. So neglectful of AGODA for not contacting him and any other effected customers asap when property closed. Will never be booking through agoda again. Go directly through the property.
