The bed area is fine, but the bathroom design is very creative because the shower head is fixed to the wall. If you want to hang something in it, you have to be close to the wall so that your things don't get wet. The sink in the bathroom is prone to water accumulation.

The good: location close to markets and restaurants, and train station. Capsule bed provided privacy.
But, it is very badly managed. Dirty, messy and noisy neighbor (one guy talked on the phone for hours after midnight). The whole place looks and feels like a shelter for homeless people.
The worst thing for me is, I requested for late check-in (between 10pm to 11pm) because of the schedule of my flight. They said they only have staff at reception from 2pm to 6pm. The procedure of the hotel is, you send them email on day of arrival, and they reply to you with late check-in details. But they never answered to my emails (the lady at the reception admitted it when I got there the next day), so I missed my first night's stay. I have sent them many emails to follow up, but they have never replied to my inquiries and given any explanations, let alone a refund.
I travel a lot around the world. This had to be the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel.
Definitely not recommend to anyone.

The facilities for a capsule hotel are very good. However, the bathroom space is very small. There are three toilets and three shower rooms on each floor, but only one is usable, and the other two are very cramped and difficult to use. Other than that, I am satisfied with everything else.
