We stayed for 1 night prior to an early hospital admission. This is a lovely old building, full of character, quirky antiques and art work. We had a twin room on a bed and breakfast basis, with a walk in shower which we had requested. The room was a little tired (woodchip in the bathroom etc), but we had all we needed including a fridge, which was very welcome. The room was very hot and we couldn't open the main window, although the bathroom window opened. 2 fans were already provided which helped a little. The TV was broken but it was replaced straight away, which we appreciated. Breakfast has to be chosen the night before, but was beautifully cooked and presented. We also had dinner. It was a traditional menu, but again the food was well prepared and delicious. There was free parking in the courtyard which was good. It is a reasonably priced option. We will stay here again.

The White Hart is a historic building located in the centre of Hayle near the station and bus stops, an easy walk to the South West Coast Path and Hayle beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the traditional breakfast was very good, though there was limited breakfast choice. The hotel is not a Premier Inn or Travelodge, the style is somewhat cluttered with odd ornaments and furniture around the bar and public areas. Some fixtures and fittings in our room were tired and old, but the room was clean spacious and comfy. We noticed the hotel was very popular with South West Coast Path walkers making a one night stop, with baggage collection and transfer arrangements to the next night accommodation.

Wow, fantastic welcome and great staff. I was working while the wife relaxed, the staff were very helpful. Great food for breakfast and evening meal. Excellent location for town, harbour and Paradise Park. Easy drive to local bays, beaches and attractions. Thank you

Lovely Sunday Roast. Great roasties and yummy cauli cheese, gravy was lovely and meat tender. Puds were delicious too had the chocolate fudge cake and lemon meringue pie. Great friendly service. Nice treat lunch. Good size portions. Just needed a snooze after.

Had lunch here with a group of friends. There were 11 of us so we ordered in advance. The food was tasty and piping hot. I had the steak and ale pie which had lots of chunky steak in it, would definitely have it again. Our young waitress was a real credit to the place. She was pleasant , efficient and chatty and looked after us all very well.

We booked a table in advance for Sunday Lunch and after an hour of waiting no menu or any sign of service even though we were seated at table and didn't think it was that busy try to support local business but this was appalling will not be going back

We attended this hotel to host our large family dinner party last night. From start to finish it was amazing. The staff were very polite, well mannered and considerate. It was a very large party, and all food was bought out very promptly avoiding people’s dinners going cold or eating before other people had received there’s. The food was delicious, I don’t think anyone had anything under perfect to say and would recommend this venue for any other locals or tourists looking for somewhere to stay. Thank you ☺️
