Be very careful staying/parking here! I used this hotel in June 25 for business and parked my car in their car park only to be issued with a parking ticket 2 weeks Later!. there are signs in the car park but staff didn't log my registration hence the ticket. When i contacted the hotel to see if they could help, they simply told me there was nothing they could do to assist me with the appeal! Very frustrating, leaving me to contest a ticket without support.

The barmaid Deneka was very friendly & professional. Made us all feel very welcome & advised us of all the great deals & offers . We will definitely visit again following the great service we received from Deneka. This will now be one of our regular stops when we are in the area

We are on holiday and came to the pub to watch the football. Deneka was very friendly and helpful about the pub and local attractions. Food was very good value and the chicken wings were amazing! They had 4 tvs and showed 4 different games of football. Very clean and friendly environment will definitely visit again

Room/bathroom smallish but nice and comfortable. Good, well priced food and beer. Free parking available. However, breakfast not provided, Can be noisy at night (bar, sometimes with live music, below bedroom).

We didn’t stay at this hotel but we went in to eat, what a great choice, the food and service was excellent. Tori served us and really looked after us ! We recommend the 10oz steak and the mixed grill ! Prices are very reasonable with a good selection of beers and wine 👍

Just had a dinner off the new menu. Proper mixed grill and the spicy chicken burger, delicious and great value. Great service by Dee. Ideal. Also beer still on the loyalty card. Winning all around!!....................................

We popped in here for a couple of early evening drinks on a Friday night while staying in Hayle for the weekend. It was quite quiet at this time with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty plenty of room to find a table to sit at. The lady behind behind the bar was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a nice hour sat in here.

Unfortunately it was tired and dirty. We were looking forward to staying here but were very disappointed. Didn't even unpack! Bed was clean and comfortable but room needed cleaning.was dusty, toilet seat didn't fit properly and there were cobwebs in our room 😒
