Our stay didn't encounter any issues, but this hotel could definitely use some TLC. The staff was pleasant, personable, and very helpful. Our mattress was clearly in need of replacement; the left side gave out when sitting on it. There was a broken light fixture in the bathroom, and the shower head had not been cleaned in a long time. Our room was very dim, only lit by 3 lamps. My wife found it difficult to do her makeup with such little light. It was also unsettling on one particular night where a drunk woman was allowed to sleep in the lobby while spouting profanity. The hotel could use a good power wash and a coat of paint; it has definitely seen better days! There is also no elevator on the property; guests on the second floor need to take luggage up the stairs. The Wyndham app didn't seem to work with this hotel; I was not able to check in or out of the room via the app. One last item to note is the lack of signage on the property: it was very easy to miss and drive by the entrance of this hotel because it is shared with a church. As I mentioned, we didn't have any real issues with our stay, but it doesn't feel like this hotel has kept up with the standard Wyndham has set for its other properties.

Beds were okay, hard surfaces were not clean( greasy fingerprints on all of the furniture along with headprints on the headboards), peeling paint in the bathroom, tub had a bit of a dirty ring around the inside, and most of the windows were so old and cloudy, you couldn't see out of them. Sheets were clean and the staff was awesome!

Great hotel, descent breakfast items Great experience! The manager Rene was very helpful. Unfortunately their ice machine was broken but it did not affect us. My boy suggestion is that they really need a better sign on the road. It is not lit and is almost impossible to see at night. The placement of the sign is such that by the time you see it you have passed the entrance.
