Premier Inn London Hayes North

We lost our card so many times and booked incorrectly only to be sorted by Michelle! Next day we booked breakfast wrong and was dealt with by Rochelle. They went above and beyond to make us confortable we felt such a pain getting almost everything wrong but these two sorted us with a smile and so effortlessly! Their customer service was above and beyond… changing rooms made easy… cards and breakfast sorted and all issues ironed out! Can’t say thank you enough

I wouldn’t stay here again! Our room was unclean, there was a used sanitary towel in our bathroom bin! Staff were rude and didn’t care less. Upon check in we were given absolutely no information not even told which way our room was. We had one pillow each on the bed, when asked for more we were told ‘you only get one’ we also asked for a fan as the room was hot, we were again told no. Upon check out, no staff to be seen, staff were never at the desk. Very poor customer service and not a clean hotel.

Thyme restaurant at the Premier Inn Hayes is a great dining option for hotel guests. Jade and Mags are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Service is prompt and the menu offers a great variety of delicious choices to suit all tastes and budgets. A perfect way to unwind after a day of travel or work—definitely a highlight of the stay!

Arrived late in the evening but met by friendly staff and quickly given our room key. Breakfast staff, Jade, Siv & Matt vey efficient and helpful.

I enjoyed my breakfast and the service provided by jade and siv. The food was delicious and given to us quickly. I would go again

Stayed here for the easy access to Wembley for Coldplay. Lovely clean room and easy check in. Breakfast in the adjoining pub was lovely, food all fresh and hot, service was fantastic. A lovely couple of ladies called Jade and Mags made my morning perfect with their welcome and smiley personality. Will stay here again for the next Wembley trip
